I'm actually very happy with this deal because Grady Little is a great manager. Ned Colletti and Grady Little (Dodgers Staff) have defintely done a wonderful job with the ball club. After a 90 loss season the new Dodgers management staff came in and won us a wild card title. We tied for the division but the Padres won the season series so they were awarded first place.

He is a great manager and knows how to play small ball and still win. The Dodgers are headed in a great direction.

I hope it works out for him it sounds like he got a bit of a raw deal with the red sox - managers are so often made scape goats. I hope he does well i read there was a great spirit in the red sox's team when he was there and im sure he will build the same thing at the Dodgers esp now that he has got a extension.
