Where did Daniel Gibson come from all of a sudden? I had to check his regular season stats because I wasn't even sure who he was. The guy went from averaging less then 5ppg in the regular season to leading the team in scoring in 2 of the last 3 games
I agree with you. I watched the game last night and was amazed when I see him turn it on during that fourth quarter. I don't know where he came from but man he was hot last night.
What is amazing is that it wasn't just 1 game - he had 2 "career" games within a week. And it wasn't because of his minutes - he averaged 16.5 mpg over the regular season, so you can't say he wasn't playing.
I didn't see the other game so I really can only comment on the one I saw. I didn't mean to in any way imply that he wasn't playing before that. I just meant he had a heck of a game the night I seen it.
