Good trade for the Nuggets. Carmelo was injured at the time so it was some pretty nice insurance. Him and Iverson will make a great duo for the next few years. Iverson is old so he will be out of the league soon.

This was a smart move by the Nuggets.

Whenever a player demands a trade the team that receives that player will always get the best of that deal.

Similar situation a few years back with vince carter. Vince demanded a trade and left the Raptors in the dust left with nothing.

Also remember that Iverson reportedly said he didn't exactly demand a trade. Who knows though he kind of got his wish.

i think its all BS , he or his agent had to ask for it for the team to sit him down after that.

I think he wanted out. Iverson gave everything to that organization. He single-handedly got them to the finals years back. The club didn't do anything to help his situation there. Sure iverson has some attitude problems but I'd think that everyone would become frustrated if you were placed in his shoes.

Iverson trade was GARBAGE. 76ers got ripped. They know how valuable he was to their team. And they knew if he went to the Nuggets that team would be amaizng. And i bet they had better offers. Andre Miller for Iverson were the two main guys in the trade. That doesn't seem right, doesn't sound like a great trade. 76ers could have done better. Too late though. He's gone and its done, 76ers suck now and hopefully they win the lottery and get Greg Oden or Durant.
